- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email at support@kepher.com or through the contact form on our website. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or replace, and the reason for your request.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to proceed.
- Returning the Product: Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible), clearly marking the RA number on the package. Use a trackable shipping service to return the item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For Returns: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or an error occurred in fulfillment (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds and Processing Times
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
